Treatment 4!

Well…today is my fourth treatment. Thankfully, last time they gave me the steroid up front, therefore, I did not have a reaction. However, I got a migraine. That lasted for about 36 hours! It’s ok, bc it could have been worse. I feel pretty good now, somewhat weak but other than that I’m good! My platelets have dropped, which is typical. So, prayer that they do not go too low. I can say that even as I felt bad the last couple of days, the Lord was so sweet to remind me with music that He is near and will give me everything I need. I pray that all of you reading this know that no matter what you face, He has not left you. He will walk you through the middle of it! Wednesday as I sat waiting, I met a sweet couple who were like-minded regarding our diagnosis and how the Lord wants to use it. It’s not about me…maybe it’s about you. As you read this, follow this, pray for this journey, what is He saying to you? How does He want to stretch and grow you? Is He speaking to you? Do you know His voice? All of those are true for each one of us. It’s like being aware of His presence, through scripture reading, prayer, listening, constantly conversing with Him.
I recently did a podcast recording with my sweet friend, Claire. It’s out today or tomorrow! We discussed this very thing. You have to be open to knowing Him, recognizing Him, allowing him to change you. It is nothing but good. He is always good.
